It was reported previously that Microsoft has invited some fashion designers to create new themes for use in Windows Mobile 6.5. At 2009 CTIA, the company has announced an alliance with two prominent design houses, the Design Museum London and the Council of Fashion Designers of America.
Microsoft’s latest Windows Mobile 6.5 build has leaked out on xda-developers, and apparently comes bundled with the designer themes Known as build 21202, this includes the now, the much talked about bundled designer themes. Designers are Ron Arad, Vera Wang, Rock & Republic and Diane von Fürstenberg. The collective imagery includes (but is not limited to) the pink and white Gingham by Isaac Misrahi.
The company has also announced that it has created an innovative new Theme Generator that will allow users to select pictures from their PC to change a device’s wallpaper image, and then provides the option to adjust the color of the navigation bar, scroll bar, and highlighted text on their device.
