Windows Phone mobile OS demonstrated

Video exclusive of the final, completed, Window Phone mobile OS  was running on a touch screen HTC Diamond 2. It  was previously known as Windows 6.5. There is a model that was very similar to it in terms of looks with the skin color and overall design. But the final build shows it is really that of a pretty high functionality. Microsoft will not now, nor ever refer to the OS as Windows Mobile 6.5. They want people to simply call it the Microsoft Phone…“We don’t even refer to the operating system because it’s part of the whole long term strategy of releases coming out.”

This demo shows off the redesign of the completed OS user interface and its Zune-esque look and feel, which hadn’t been captured on video before. It has a great way of handling flash. It  is seen that Internet Explorer actually looked pretty nice, though it was going pretty slowly.
