I downloaded these to take a look, and there doesn’t seem to be any SVG in them, just a static JPG. Is there some SVG hidden in the “.diz” or “.sis” files? SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is a specific open file format for doing vector graphics, not just a generic image skinning format.
